Gyrobee Update for 2004 - Click here

These are Ralph Taggart's plans, I am only posting them here for the people

who want them, they have always been free and it is a great gyro. I am in

no way responsible for their content or accuracy. Use them at your own risk.

This aircraft was sold in August 2002. I flew it for 63.5 hours and loved it.

For those who don't believe it flys -   Flying Video 825k mpeg

Ok, this is my first gyro and I love it. The designer made great efforts to make his text and drawings very simple to understand. You can download the construction documentation from this website - GYROBEE - I spent a little over 80 hours buildiiing her. This is really a close estimate. You know how it is, friends keep coming over to look at it. They bring beer.......and the whole night goes to hell with hours of hangar flying. I was dedicated though. I worked  every night on her for 2 weeks, atleast 4 hours a night. Then a couple of hours a night 3 nights a week for the next 3 weeks fine tuning, fitting and refitting parts. It was very simple and straight forward. I made all the parts except for the rotor blades, hub, head ( all from Ken Brock Mfg, great people) the wheels, axles and nose fork ( from AERO TECH , also very helpful and very great service). I made all the rest of the parts. I was able to purchase all the metal locally from a supplier at some really great prices and luckly all the other parts also in CA so shipping really was not that bad either.
